The First FiveA 30-day outbound pilot for coaches

You keep coaching. I run the outbound.

For coaches who want corporate clients in the UAE and the Gulf. I find the leaders who fit, reach them with researched emails I check myself, and work the replies toward five qualified calls.

What coaches tell me

Referrals are a good way to get clients. They are just not consistent.

Referrals come in waves

Good work, no schedule.

Directories make you a line item

One of thousands, compared on price.

LinkedIn outreach stopped working

Automated messages filled every inbox.

HR and procurement block the way

Often new to buying coaching, with budget rules.

Interest and budget live apart

People ask questions. Companies hold the money.

The fix is not more volume. It is fewer people who are closer to a yes, reached properly while you keep coaching.

How the pilot does it

How it works

One audience, four moves. Thirty days.

  1. Before day 1

Set the audience, build the list

We agree the role, company type and country. I research 200 to 300 leaders and remove anyone in your CRM.

  2. Before day 1

    Set up the inboxes

Two new domains and three inboxes in your name, warmed and managed by me. Your main domain is never touched.

  3. Days 1 to 30

    Send, follow up, reply

Plain-text emails I have checked, with follow-ups. In one campaign follow-ups brought 6 of the 10 human replies.

  4. Every call

    A brief before you speak

Good replies become slots on your calendar, each with a prospect brief so you walk in prepared.

Your part. Four things, and you keep coaching.

  • 1Approve the emailsWithin 3 working days, so sending starts on time.
  • 2Reply within 24 hoursWhile the conversation is warm.
  • 3Keep 4 slots a week openSo a ready buyer can pick a time.
  • 4Keep the audience fixedChanging it pauses the clock.

Before every call

You never walk into a call cold.

Every call I book comes with a one-page brief, sent ahead of time. Here is what is on it.

  1. 1Why they fit. The evidence that they belong on your calendar.
  2. 2What they have said. Their own words from the email thread.
  3. 3Questions to ask. Openers that fit their situation.
  4. 4Gaps to clarify. What I could not confirm, so you ask.
  5. 5A score out of 100.Fit and readiness, with the evidence. Never 100.

You owe nothing. We part ways, and the work stays with me.

The $1,500 is invoiced once your first qualified call is held, and is due within 7 days. Once paid, the list, emails, domains and inboxes are yours. The 30 days count only days the campaign sends, and pause if your part slips. A call booked inside them still counts if it happens within 14 days after. This covers qualified calls, not clients or revenue.

Is this you?

Who this is for. And who it is not.

“You are the credibility. Buyers need to talk to you, not read about you.”

This is for you if

  • You coach executives, leaders or teams and sell to organisations.
  • You want corporate clients in the UAE or the wider Gulf, wherever you are based.
  • One corporate client is worth a lot to your business.
  • You can answer a warm reply within a day.

It is not for you if

  • You want clients or revenue guaranteed. My job is the calls. The selling is yours.
  • Your audience changes every week.
  • You want a big list and a blast to everyone on it.

Who does the work

Hi, I'm Haytham.

I run outreach for coaches, and I do every part of it myself.

  • Tested on my own outreach first. One month: 183 coaches, 14 replies, 7 calls booked.
  • One person. You deal with me from the first call to the last.
  • Burned by an agency once. They promised the world and nothing came back. So I do it by hand, count only what happens, and get paid only once your first qualified call happens.
  • A software and systems background, so I care about the whole process, not just the message.

Questions

What people ask on the call.

Anything else, ask me directly.

Book a call
Is this a lead-generation agency?

No. It is one person doing the work. I do not sell leads. I research, send and work the replies until qualified calls happen on your calendar.

Do I need to be based in the UAE?

No. The pilot is for coaches who want UAE and Gulf corporate clients, wherever they live. What matters is who you want to sell to.

Whose name goes on the emails?

Yours. They go out from two domains and three inboxes I set up for you, separate from your main domain, so your own email reputation is never at risk. Once the fee is paid, they are yours.

What counts as a qualified call?

A conversation that actually happens with someone who fits the audience we agreed. If a prospect cancels or does not show, it does not count toward the five.

What if I get fewer than five calls?

One to four in the first 30 sending days: I keep sending for up to 30 more sending days at no extra fee. None: you owe nothing and we part ways. A call booked inside the 30 days still counts if it happens within 14 days after.

How and when do I pay?

Nothing upfront. The $1,500 is invoiced once your first qualified call is held, and is due within 7 days. No qualified call, no fee.

What happens after the 30 days?

We look at the four counts together: researched, booked, attended, bought. If it is working, we talk about keeping it going. If you stop once the fee is paid, the list, emails, domains and inboxes are yours to keep.

Nothing upfront

Tell me who you coach and who you want to reach.

On the call I will tell you straight whether the pilot fits. If it does not, I will say so.
